* Abstract papers should be prepared according to the author guidelines and submitted to Microsoft CMT system.

* It should be stated whether face-to-face or online participation will be chosen in the Microsoft CMT system.

* Information about registration fees and registration is provided below: 

 * Second paper will be 50% discount.
 

Services Included in the Registration Fee: 

15 minutes oral presentation; attendance to all sessions; symposium materials (program book, name tag, certificate of presentation); coffee breaks, lunch and dinner.

 * E-Certificate of Participation and Presentation 

* Selected papers will be published as full text in "Karaelmas Science and Engineering Journal" after the standard review process.

Note: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and it is highly recommended to be arranged before symposium dates. 

For Students: A valid proof document is required. Scanned copy should be sent by email and the original one should left to the desk on symposium.

Payment: 

7 May 2024 is the last day for payment of regular registration fees. 

Registration fee should be transferred after receiving the letter of acceptance. 

Payment for the registration could be done by transferring money, the bank account information is written below for Turkish and non-Turkish participants.

 NOTE: Please include the statement "KISES24" , PAPER ID('s) and the author’s full name in the explanations/notes field of the money transfer.
